Odongo Hannington is a doctoral student of Agricultural livelihood with a Master of Science degree in Development Planning and Management and Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture, Certificates in Modelling for Development Policy Analysis and Quantitative Methods for Policy Analysis.

He has 18 years experience in agriculture and livelihood development including program/project evaluation with local and international Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), local government and private companies.

From 2009 Odongo has been managing the development management consulting and governance services sector of PDCC.

Onyai Fred has MA Development Studies(UMU), BA Arts(MAK), Postgraduate Diploma in Environment Management for Sustainable Development (MSM-The Netherlands), Certificate in Environment Management (Kamsax Int-Denmark), Certificate in M&E in Public Sector (University of Free State South Africa)

Onyai Fred has 23 years in environment planning and management, monitoring and evaluation with local government and National Environment Management Authority (NEMA). Onyai has been managing the research component in PDCC and also holds advisory position in the Alur kingdom in environment.

Lecturer and Environment Consultant

Alfonse Opio holds a PhD in environment and natural resources, a Master of Science degree in Zoology and Bachelor of Science in Botany and Zoology, Certificates in Climate Change and Biodiversity Conservation and design and application of constructed wetlands     in waste water treatment. He has 15 years of university teaching and Environment Impact Assessment (EIA) consultancy for World Bank funded hydro power projects in Uganda.
