He has 18 years experience in agriculture and livelihood development including program/project evaluation with local and international Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), local government and private companies. Onyai has been managing the research component in PDCC and also holds advisory position in the Alur kingdom in environment. Lecturer and Environment Consultant Alfonse Opio holds a PhD in environment and natural resources, a Master of Science degree in Zoology and Bachelor of Science in Botany and Zoology, Certificates in Climate Change and Biodiversity Conservation and design and application of constructed wetlands in waste water treatment.
